APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are required and can be booked most conveniently online HERE. To get your preferred time, we suggest that you book your appointments in advance. Same day and last-minute appointment requests are welcome but subject to availability.
 

MENU PRICING AND GRATUITY
The prices posted on our booking site are always up-to-date and is the price you can expect. No surprises. Check our menu regularly, as our prices are subject to change without notice. There is no tax on services, just on product purchases. Our hair removal experts are highly trained professionals who want to give the best service and experience to all of our clients. Tipping is never expected but is always greatly appreciated. Cash or bank card/ credit card tips are accepted. 

PAYMENTS & GIFT CERTIFICATES
Cash and most all major credit cards are accepted.
We accept gift cards. You can purchase those HERE.
We do NOT accept checks.

COUPONS, DISCOUNTS, & PROMOTIONS
When discounts are offered, please keep in mind that they cannot be combined with each other or used in conjunction with any type of gift certificate. Expiration dates are strictly enforced on promotional gifts and can be refused for any reason. Please contact us if you have questions.
 

COURTESY CONFIRMATIONS, CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
Automated email and/ or text confirmations are available for your convenience, however, it is your responsibility to remember and show up for scheduled appointments. Since we are reserving this time just for you, we request a 24-hour advance notice to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment. CHECK-IN
We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to check-in and use the facilities, etc. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, your service(s) will need to be rescheduled as to not impede on other guests reserved time. CHILDREN & LITTLE ONES

Children are only allowed in the salon if they are receiving a service. Please make arrangements for your children so that we can give you our undivided attention during your appointment time. Children under the age of 18 will require parental consent before any service is rendered. Intimate waxing will not be performed on anyone under the age of 18.
